Return & Refund Policy

Customer is always responsible for the correct dimensions, color selection and specification of products which require Building/Fire Code Approval. Due to local variations in practices, we cannot be held responsible for products incorrectly specified. Products are made to order and cannot be canceled once production begins .

Transport damages with photographs of cartons and damaged products claims must arrive within 5 days from receipt of products. For claims received after 5 days, replacement goods will be at customer’s expense and subject to the same delivery terms as the original sale.

For digital wallpaper orders, renderings must be signed before printing begins.
