De Castelli is an Italian company founded in 2003 by Albino Celato - a fourth generation of a family of metalworkers. It is based in Treviso, Italy, and designs and manufactures furniture, lighting, and other home decor products focused on the use of metal combining traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology and industrial processes. De Castelli was one of the first Italian companies to incorporate modern design into metalworking through an exploration of the steel, brass, and copper. Today, products include chairs, tables, coffee tables, storage units, and bookcases, mirrors, vases, wall and floor lamps and architectural products such as wall and floor surfaces. Finishing includes burnishing, oxidation, brushing, Délabré brass, weathered steel, mottled copper, and hammered brass.
