Indoor floor light. Lamp with shade and column featuring White Tyvek (resembling crumpled paper). Structure is metal with resin base. This version of Tyvek is fire-retardant. This floor lamp is 183 cm high. Shade is 70 cm (dia). The Pajama collection contains table lamps (91/92), floor lamp (94) and chandeliers (95/96). Design: Rene Barba.

Modern Design Commentary: Tyvek is a light, durable material. Here it takes the form of crumpled paper. These lights are certified and in widespread use in Europe but must be rewired for commercial contract use in the United States. Specify shades only in the Specification Engine.

Material Descriptions & Features: TYVEK: Tyvek® is composed of flash spun high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The result is a glossy white sheet that reproduces the appearance of paper. Thanks to its fibrous structure, it is tear-resistant and retains its characteristics even when folded. Tyvek® provides an inherent barrier to mold and other microorganisms.
