Modern Design Commentary: The Mediterraneo collection is designed in simple but elegant, enveloping curved shapes, and is handcrafted in Teak. Seating features comfortable cushions. Tables feature re-imagined traditional materials such as Glass, Concrete, Stone and Marble tops.

Material Descriptions & Features: TEAK: These products are made of solid teak wood from Indonesian plantations. The Teak is not treated, but its unique inner oily resin naturally improves its impermeability and resistance even to insects and parasites. By exposure to the air, light and weather, its color changes and turns different shades of grey. A long exposure to the weather does not prejudice the product’s stability but can cause some splits io the wood. CARRARA MARBLE: This is a naturally compact material, wear-resistant, and suitable for dining purposes, Carrara marble is treated with a clear matte protective impregnating agent. The presence of micro-holes or imperfections should be considered an intrinsic characteristic of this natural product. LAVA STONE: Lava stone is a wear-resistant material, polished and treated with a protective impregnant. The presence of micro-holes or surface irregularities is considered an intrinsic characteristic of this natural product. GFRC CONCRETE: This is a mix of concrete and glass fiber. Thanks to the low water/cement ratio and the presence of glass fibers, the final product stands out for its unique strength, lightness, and greater durability over time. Due to the material and natural drying process, micro-blistering and narrow cracking may appear on the surface without compromising the technical features of the tops. The surface treatment is classified A+ according to the French VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) standard, which classifies products and materials based on their emission rate. BACK PAINTED GLASS: Cast glass modelled on a texture that gives personality and character to the underside of the glass. Once cooled, the top is back-painted to add colour and brilliance
