Sunlounger. Base structure in reclaimed ECO Teak. Features include an adjustable back and a comfortable mattress on top of a slatted wooden base. The mattress cover features overlock stitching in choice of colors, and is removable. Sunlounger is 210 cm (w) x 100 cm (d). Bed height is 23 cm. Modern Design Commentary: ECOTeak (ecological teak) comes from old teak beams recovered from the Island of Java, in Indonesia. They are repaired with recycled wood and sanded to highlight the original grain. The final finish is obtained by hand polishing with hemp cloths and shavings

Material Descriptions & Features: ECOTEAK: Ecological teak is recovered from old teak beams and elements during the demolition of traditional wooden homes on the Island of Java, Indonesia. The recovered elements are cut to size, repaired with recycled wood, assembled and sanded to highlight the original grains and veins. The final finish is obtained by hand polishing with hemp cloths and shavings. Some splits into the wood are characteristics of the product.
