MATERIAL DESCRIPTIONS

Material Descriptions & Features: HORNBEAM: This wood is barked in its natural shape, meaning: Shape: The perimeter can vary from "nearly round/oval" to a "petal shape." Finish: The stools/bases are completely natural, meaning they are simply barked. Their finish can range from "cleaned/bleached" to "finished with dark spots." Even if the material is previously dried, the trunks may have some visible cracks when purchased or develop them after use. Since the stools are a completely natural product characterized by all the above-mentioned features, our images serve as an indication only. The final products may not be identical to those represented here. WAXED IRON PLATE: Tabletops are made from hot-rolled steel plates. These plates may exhibit variations in color shades, scratches, specks, rust spots, and small imperfections due to their entirely handmade nature. To protect the surface and prevent the spread of small rust spots (typical of steel), the final manufacturing phase involves a special pickling process and a wax treatment. Avoid contact with water and other liquids.
