Rob brings senior commercial and revenue leadership experience from global hospitality platforms, with a track record spanning pricing, distribution, asset performance, and owner alignment. He leads MDP's commercial strategy across hospitality, residential, and enterprise accounts, ensuring that the platform delivers measurable financial and operational value, not simply product access.

Her leadership bridges design culture and scalable systems, aligning product, brand, and customer success into a cohesive experience.
Larry Traxler
Board Member & Chairman, Hospitality Strategy
Larry brings more than 30 years of international hospitality design experience. Formerly Senior Vice President and Global Head of Architecture & Design at Hilton, he is the founder of TraxWorks Hospitality Collaborative. At MDP, he guides hospitality strategy and platform development, helping ensure that design, specification and delivery workflows meet the practical needs of hotel owners, developers and design teams while preserving the original project design vision.
David Koch
Strategic Advisor & Advisory Board Member
David brings more than two decades of international investment banking and capital markets experience. Founder and Managing Partner of Koch Capital Advisory, he previously held senior roles at Barclays, GP Bullhound and BGL. At MDP, he advises on capital strategy, fundraising and investor relationships, helping build the financial foundation and strategic connections needed to support the platform’s growth.
