The Modern Design Platform Wallpaper Collection
Introducing MDP Wallpaper
MDP introduces a new, domestically produced wallpaper program built around greater creative and material flexibility. Begin with an original design from our exclusive Artist Series, provide your own artwork, or share an idea and work with us to create something unique for your project. Every design can be scaled to your space and produced on any MDP wallpaper substrate, with more than 30 textures across Indoor Residential, Indoor Type II, Shower, and Outdoor applications. Domestic production supports more efficient printing costs, avoids the added complexity of international sourcing, and can provide shorter lead times—while giving designers the freedom to pair any design with the substrate best suited to the project. Choose how you create. Then make it work for your space.
Choose how you create. Then make it work for your space.
47+ textures across Indoor Residential, Type II, Shower and Outdoor applications — every design can be produced on the substrate the space demands.
Create something original
Start with an idea. We’ll help develop it for the wall.
Two ways to begin: reproduce artwork you already own, or share a direction and we develop a pattern for your space — considering scale, proportion, color, application and the dimensions of the installation. Either way, the finished design is produced on any MDP substrate.

Use your own artwork
Have a finished piece? Upload it and we reproduce it at the scale your wall needs. You must hold the rights to reproduce the artwork without limitation.

Work with us on an idea
A reference image, photograph, sketch, material or simply a point of view can become the starting point for something entirely original. Tell us about the project and the direction you have in mind.

Cynthia Fleischmann
4 designsMy name is Cynthia Fleischmann and I am a Swiss/American activist artist living in Zurich, Switzerland. ‘Bodypaintography’ is the word I created to define my art of combining body-painting & photography to create and capture a connection between person and place. Red hands are my signature and symbol of humanity, connecting us to each other and our ancestors. They are a reminder that no matter what environment we are personally connected to, we are all connected to each other as humans, with the power to share love and compassion or hatred and destruction. The choice is ours. I wish for us to use our red hands for kindness over violence. I was 20 in my senior year at the University of Miami (2009) getting my Bachelor of Arts in Painting when I started experimenting with 'bodypaintography'. I soon after received a full-ride scholarship with a Teachers Assistant position to continue my artistic journey to attain a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Photography from the University of Miami, Florida.

Joe Concra
4 designsJoe Concra brings a painter’s sensitivity to MDP’s Wallpaper Pattern Collection, translating the depth, rhythm, and tactile character of fine art into surfaces designed to shape indoor, outdoor, or in the shower. Working from his studio in Kingston, New York, Concra uses traditional painting techniques to create work that feels both grounded and expressive. His compositions invite close attention, revealing an instinctive balance of gesture, color, and atmosphere that rewards repeated viewing and lends itself naturally to pattern. Concra received his MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and has exhibited in Seattle, Miami, New York, and other cities. His paintings are held in private collections throughout the United States and Europe. Beyond the studio, Concra is deeply committed to O+, a nonprofit that connects artists and musicians with wellness services. Through this exchange, O+ strengthens creative communities across the country. His work for MDP reflects the same belief in art as a living presence—capable of bringing individuality, connection, and enduring visual energy to the spaces people inhabit.

Walls of Wynwood
4 designsWalls of Wynwood brings the visual energy of Miami’s celebrated arts district into a collection of expressive wallpaper patterns for MDP. Drawn from original images of painted walls, layered murals, weathered surfaces, and spontaneous street details, each design captures a moment where art, architecture, and urban life meet.Translated for interior and exterior walls (even showers), the imagery becomes more than a record of place. Cropped compositions, repeated rhythms, saturated color, and tactile imperfections create wallcoverings with scale, movement, and a distinct sense of character. Some patterns read as bold focal points; others reveal their complexity more gradually, adding depth without overwhelming the space. The collection offers designers a flexible way to introduce art-led surfaces across hospitality, commercial, and residential settings. Used throughout a space or as a precisely placed feature, Walls of Wynwood brings cultural context and visual texture to each wall. Explore the images, consider their pattern potential, and discover an original approach to walls shaped by one of Miami’s most dynamic creative neighborhoods.
