AMERICAN WALNUT: Canaletto, or American walnut, is a solid wood especially appreciated for its intense color, pronounced veining, and ease of crafting. OAK: Oak represents an excellent balance between technical and aesthetic qualities. It is extremely robust and compact, and compared to other species it is a versatile wood due to its ability to take on different textures and shades of color depending on the treatment to which it is subjected.
